THINGS OF INTEREST:
Pictures usually speak a thousand words while word of mouth helps; it still does not justify the beauty and tranquility of a place such as Holden Beach, NC until you see it for yourself! The first picture across the top; looking from the left to the right shows the causeway that leads to Holden Beach and some of the businesses located on it! The only regret that I have is the fact that in order to give you a view of all the diverse tourists attractions; I could not get all of Holden Beach's attractions on this page!
The second picture shows the speedway sign that is located on the causeway and this business has a putt-putt course; two go-cart tracks; one for the small kids and another one for the adults still wanting to have fun like the small kids! There is a bumper boat pool, a small indoor arcade; not to mention more rides for both; the small and big kids!
The third picture shows alligator adventure! An attraction located in Myrtle Beach, SC which is approximately 40 miles away! They have alligators, crocodiles, big sea turtles, snakes, big cats and much; much more wildlife! For those who have never seen a crocodile or alligator; it is well worth the ride while you are vacationing here at Holden Beach, NC!
The fourth picture shows the waterslide which is actually made up of many different size slides and has a small pool for the smaller children! It is a fun place to go for those seeking some cool water and fun during those hot months through-out the summer! It is also located close by on the Holden Beach causeway!
Geographically we are approx. 40 miles from Wilmington, NC and approx. 40 miles to Myrtle Beach, SC! Almost in the center of it all! Come and see us and enjoy *GOD*s nature at Its finest! Hope you enjoy your stay!
THINGS TO RENT ON THE BEACH:
As you can see in the fifth picture across the top; there
is a place to rent canoes for fun in the sun; that is
located on the right side of ocean blvd. as you come
over the Holden Beach bridge and then turn right at
the stop sign!
And last of all; you can see the last picture though It's
a little smaller and located at the first paragraph; It
gives you a nice view of the intercostals waterway! This
waterway travels all the way from Maine to Florida! Very
impressive for those who admire the beautiful work of
*GOD*s nature!
