RESTAURANT INFORMATION:

If you ever visit us you will notice many things! One of which concerning that we have been running a restaurant grill for many years and some rave over our barbeque and hot dogs! As you come into the cooking area of the pier building; we have a sign that states famous hot dogs since 1959! We have been known for our hot dogs and over the years we have added much more to our menu! We serve anything from flounder, chick fillet, barbeque plates just to mention a few; to serving sandwiches and breakfast plates!


We have several cooks who over the years have helped our business to thrive! It is our delight to serve those visiting our beautiful coastline with friendly conversation, a smile and sometimes a little laughter along the way! We are proud to be the only pier on the Island of Holden Beach, NC and we have worked hard to offer what is needful for those getting away and seeking some rest and relaxation from the hectic lifestyles that come along with everyday living!


My personal favorite time is in the morning when I can be greeted with a cup of coffee first! I'll bet you thought I was going to say to be greeted with a smile! That always comes along with the atmosphere, but first things first! And I love to eat breakfast as I am waking up and catching up on what everyone has been up to! It is a laid back southern atmosphere and you feel as if you are at home! Only with a little less stress as you take in all the beauty of the beach and enjoy *GOD*s creation!


During the years there seems to be more people that have moved into the area and its nothing to find them having breakfast in the mornings setting at the pier and talking! The restaurant has served many people over the years and it still remains to be a place where you can get a quick meal along your way! The local construction workers have eaten quite a few meals while working on the beach; along with our local residents and tourists! It seems that after a while everyone knows each other on a first name basis!


We hope that while you visit the beach that you may come in and try one of the famous hot dogs; maybe even get a plate or perhaps try a breakfast; coffee first!!! Hope you visit with us!
